Auditing of contractors and sub-contractors is both a requirement for the client and principle contractor as per construction regulations 5(o) and 7(vii) audits have to be conducted at least once every 30 days and the reports thereof have to be share within 7 days. We conduct those audits on your behalf and assist your contractors to ensure the action

plan is implemented.

- Selecting a competent contractor or safety system verification is a legal requirement as per construction regulations 7(1)(c)(ii) & (iii). We can ensure the contractors have made sufficient provisions for health and safety and also ensure they are compliant prior to the appointment of the service provider by conducting per-qualification audits.

The above are all legal requirements for the Client and Principle Contractors as per the Construction Regulations 5 and 9.  Risk Assessment and Mitigation is a fundamental component to demonstrate adherence to the Regulations.
